• Regions We Ship To: Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs depend on your location and delivery method.

• All costs will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Tracking & Confirmation

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. Customs & Duties

• For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country.

• These charges are not included in your purchase and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

• Please double-check your address at checkout.

• Re-shipping due to incorrect information may result in extra fees.

6. Return Policy

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
